 Representing the zenith of Mykonian luxury, the Mykonos Grand is designed for optimum comfort and relaxation in high class, exclusive surroundings right on Ahios Ioannis beach, some four kilometres from Mykonos Town. As soon as you walk into the vast reception area, you'll be greeted by the lovely Suzi or one of her colleagues who have the ingenious knack of changing their personalities to suit different guests.
As you can see from the Vital Statistics section, we're offering several different categories of room here at the Grand. Each type has its own unique properties, but facilities common to all include air conditioning, satellite TV, CD player, a fridge, a safety deposit box, audio equipment, marble ensuite bathrooms, complimentary toiletries, a private balcony or terrace, a minibar, voicemail facilities, complimentary Wi Fi internet access and free bathrobes and slippers.
All standard rooms offer garden views and are located on the ground floor with their own terrace. All floors are made from the finest quality Greek marble with an arch separating your living area from the area where you'll sleep.
The standard seaview rooms are identical, except they're on the west side of the building so you can watch the awe-inspiring sunsets from your balcony.
Superior rooms, again all with sea views and balconies, are really quite lavish, with luxury bathrooms (steam room and Jacuzzi included) and mini-CD stereo systems.
The suites at the Grand are similar to the standard rooms, but are larger and boast a separate living room with stunning views over the bay.
Looking at that, it's going to be tricky to tempt you out of your room, but when you do venture out and about you'll soon discover the impressive range of general facilities at this excellent hotel. These include (big breath now) a swimming pool, two fabulous restaurants, an indoor bar, a pool bar, a TV lounge, internet access, shop, private parking and - something we find impossible to live without when we're on holiday - yacht hire. There's even a huge, ancient Greek amphitheatre with regular entertainment. 
As well as the swimming pool, other recreational facilities include a spa, a fitness centre, massage service, a tennis court, squash court, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, hair salon and open air chess.
Clearly, the Mykonos Grand is not going to be very everyone, but for those of you looking for more than just a little bit extra, you'd be hard pushed to find anything to compare.
