 The Basement Complex, Gran Canaria, is a haven for hedonistic and sexually uninhibited gay men who enjoy exhibitionism, voyeurism, and sexual freedom.
We are unique in providing a gay holiday complex in Gran Canaria where men are encouraged to explore their fetishes and fantasies within a safe and attitude-free environment. We have very few rules, however we do have a very strict dress code.
Daytimes, the only acceptable wear on the complex is naked or jocks. No designer swimwear or outrageous shorts are allowed. In the evenings and for our regular sex parties the only acceptable dress is fetishwear, leather, rubber, skinhead, denim, sportswear, military... and of course naked or boots only!
Basement Studios also operates a daily, weekly and annual membership scheme to enable guests staying elsewhere to visit and use the facilities at the complex. We are open from 9am until 9pm to day guests and also until 1am for our twice weekly sex and cruising parties.
Our mission is provide a safe and clean environment that encourages nudity and fetish wear combined with sexual hedonism by:
• Only adopting to rules that relate to the safety and welfare of guests.
• Condoms and lube are freely available.
• Enforcing a strict dress code.
• Encouraging exhibitionism and sexual freedom throughout the venue.
• Promoting our mission with like minded staff.
We offer two types of accommodation that caters for all needs.
Pool Side Bungalow with private terrace. One bedroom apartments with twin beds, kitchenette, private shower, toilet and lounge. Sleeps 2-4 people on bed & breakfast basis.
Pool Side Studio with private terrace - Consisting of a day room with twin beds, a private kitchenette and bathroom. Sleeps 1-2 people on bed & breakfast basis.
All accommodation offers a private external fully glazed door with protective shutter that can be closed for privacy (if required). All rooms come with a secure safe and a fridge.
We offer non-residents the opportunity to join us. This can be on a daily or weekly membership programme. All the above rules will apply to non-residence to ensure the continuity of the business model.
The Basement Studio's are situated directly opposite the famous Yumbo Centre in Gran Canaria.
Pool side bar and kitchen offering drinks, full breakfast and light meals from 9am to 9pm daily.
Room service is available throughout the bar opening times. The staff will be discrete and only stay if invited...
The Basement Studios have secured the exclusive rights to R.O.B. on in Gran Canaria. A wide range of R.O.B. clothing and toys will be available.
Onsite guests are encouraged to use our St. Andrews Cross, stocks, shackles, glory holes, outside slings, 2 darkroom areas and maze.
We hold weekly sex and cruising parties for our guests and visitors on every Wednesday and Sunday evening from 8pm.
Your accommodation will be serviced six days a week and never before midday. Nothing worse than a cleaner walking in mid stroke!!!!
This will be your home for a week or so and we want you to treat it a such. If you met someone offsite and want to bring them back then feel free.
If you are 'busy' in your room, we will be happy to bring refreshment to you.
If you require additional features in your room then let us know, we can have a sling up and waiting for you along with many other products from our on site franchise with R.O.B. leather outlets.

 Location: The Basement Studio's are situated directly opposite the famous Yumbo Centre in Gran Canaria.
Hotel facilities: At the side of the pool is a small bar where drinks and food are available. We were too lazy to walk the 100 meters to the nearest Spar supermarket and indulged in cooked breakfast every morning (English sourced sausages, bacon etc) served on our terrace. Also around the pool you'll find a set of stocks and a rotating St Andrew's cross. Behind the accommodation is a cruising area and maze which includes glory holes and a sling.
Room facilities: The accommodation comes in two types: apartments, which include double/twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living room and studios which are basically the same but with a combined living/sleeping space (and are consequently cheaper). All have terraces, TVs, DVD players, radios, large fridge/freezers, kettles, cooking hot plates and of course, fixings for a sling.
