 This is a popular complex of studios and 2 bedroomed apartments, located in a convenient area of Playa Del Ingles with both the Kasbah and Yumbo centres within a 5 minute walk.
Situated centrally on Avenieda Gran Canaria this bungalow apartment complex comes highly recommended. As with all Playa Del Ingles locations you're barely a stones throw away from the Yumbo and if your throwing arms not up to much there are plenty of cabs available for less than a fistful of Euros.
The complex features some very well maintained gardens.
Probably one of the best things to point out is that the complex overlooks the Restaurant Rimini (or at least one of the two Riminis), a hot spot on the gastronomic map of Playa del Ingles for many gay clients.
General Facilities
Being close to the Gran Chaparral shopping centre you're well placed for purchasing your ingredients for your favorite paella, English breakfast or Harvey Wallbanger. As well as a spacious pool the Parque Mar boasts a bar, tennis courts, car park, laundry service, luggage room and restaurant.
We think this list is quite impressive given the price! On top of that add the convenience of a 24 hour reception. Your private terrace looks out onto a private garden area and has your own furniture, just so for the early evening snifter.
