A New Pleasant Gay Men's Complex close to the Yumbo
We are pleased to feature this self-catering bungalow complex which has just become exclusively gay men and clothing optional.
Placida Mar located in a quiet residential area about 600m from the Yumbo with supermarkets and the other delights of Playa del Ingles within easy walking distance. 
Situated between the renowned Yumbo & CITA Centres, focal points of gay nightlife, the complex boasts 9 attractive bungalows, with large communal pools; bungalows are furnished to a high standard, with separate lounge, bathroom & bedroom and satellite television.
Immediately you will notice the aluminium and grey exterior of the nine apartments which sparkles in the sun and enjoy the brise soleil that provides welcoming shade to your terrace from its heat. The terraces all face due east and make enjoying breakfast in the sunshine a particularly welcoming morning experience.
Inside you'll find a sitting room with sofa bed and TV plus a corner kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The spacious bedroom has two single beds – push them together if you wish – and plenty of storage space for all your outfits. There is also a modern bathroom with walk-in shower.
The complex is fully secure, with uniformed security, complimentary wi-fi, and in addition, thanks to friends at Basement, each guest will receive free access as a day guest to Basement Studios, opposite Yumbo Centrum, and an "enjoy your holiday welcome drink" at Harem Bar, Bunker, or the Construction Lounge, your choice!
