A newly renovated four bedroom villa with private heated swimming pool (solar) situated in a quiet side street in central Playa del Ingles, only 2-3 mins walk from the Yumbo Centre and all local facilities which include Supermarkets, Restaurants, Bars, Money Exchange, Car Rental and bus and taxi services.
Also only a 10 mins walk to the Kasbah, Gran Chapparal and Irish centres. With the main Playa del Ingles beach a 7-8 mins walk away the Villa Grecia is ideally situated for all your holiday needs.
The villa has four bedrooms and will sleep upto 10 people with the aid of sofa beds.
There is one ensuite double bedroom, and one ensuite twin bedroom. There is also one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which share a bathroom.
Please note that three of the bedrooms have their own private terrace.
The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.
The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for all your holiday needs. It hosts an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.
If you enjoy home entertainment you will find the comfortable lounge has itīs own music system, satellite television and a DVD.
You can enjoy a barbeque on the fully furnished sun terrace, great for those long warm summer evenings.
