2009 sees the arrival of new head chef, Juan. Having previously worked in the kitchen here at Es Vive and some of the best known restaurants in Ibiza, Juan will be introducing a new style of cuisine for your delights this summer.
For those who make it to Breakfast there is a self service buffet of Classic Continental and Cooked food.
Followed by the Terrace menu incorporating Asian infusions with a light Mediterranean fare, a couple of classic dishes thrown in for your home comforts.
